All products sold by Kleeneze/KLife are guaranteed to be durable and reliable. Should any product you purchase from us prove to be unsatisfactory in use due to defective workmanship or faulty material within 12 months of the original purchase date, we will replace the item at no extra cost to you upon return of the item. If we are unable to replace the item, we will give a full refund upon return of the item. Your statutory rights are not affected.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, provided you have taken care of the goods whilst they are in your possession, you may return them, at your expense, within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding personalised items. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.

We cannot accept liability for any errors and omissions in the presentation of goods on the website and reserve the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed products at any time. We will though do our best to correct any errors and omissions as quickly as possible after being notified of them.

We make every effort that our website is safe and secure. As such our site is accredited with Norton Secured status. However we do not make any warranty that the website is free from infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties.

You may only download to your personal computer and print out pages for the purpose of selecting and ordering our products. All other use is prohibited without our prior written consent.

When placing an order, you the customer will be bound by these Terms and Conditions and that the goods will conform to the contract. Transactions between our customers and ourselves, which form the basis of a legal contract, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law or Scottish law, as appropriate, and the English or Scottish courts, as appropriate, will have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between the parties.

When you submit an order to us on our website you will receive an email acknowledging your order and giving you estimated timescales for delivery. This email does not constitute acceptance of the order by us. Your order is accepted and a contract is formed between you and us when we dispatch the goods you have ordered and not before. Until the goods are dispatched the order may not be accepted by us. An Order Dispatched email will be sent to you when your items have been dispatched. If your order is dispatched in more than one parcel, you may receive separate Order Dispatched emails for each parcel, and each Order Dispatched email and corresponding dispatch will conclude a separate contract of sale between us for the product(s) specified in that Order Dispatched email. Any goods supplied will conform to the contract.

We allow anyone to browse our website, but to purchase product(s) you must register your details. To register and create an account we simply ask you to provide your name and email address in the first instance. These personal details will only be used by us to help personalise our website to you and offer you our best deals. Creating an account is straightforward. Simply provide your first name, last name and email address or connect with us using Facebook.

We currently deliver to the UK and Republic of Ireland. Within the UK we deliver to Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Scottish Offshore Islands, the Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Isles of Scilly.

We are sorry but we are unable to deliver to BFPO or PO Box addresses.

Orders delivered to anywhere in the UK will be charged at £3.95 per order and orders delivered to the Republic of Ireland charged at €4.20. At certain times we may offer free delivery on either individual items or orders.

We will typically aim to get your product to you within 3-5 working days if delivering to the UK and 4-6 days to the Republic of Ireland. However, items we personalise for you are likely to take longer.

You can return your item for any reason, at any time within 30 days of receipt, for a full product refund, provided the goods are unused and in their original packaging. Please be advised that there are some exceptions to items you can return.

All personalised items, unless the product is faulty or the personalisation is not as you instructed, are excluded from our 30 day return period, as is pre-recorded material, software and, where the seal has been broken, fragrances. Mobile phones are also non-returnable if activated. For reasons of health and hygiene, earrings for pierced ears and body bars are also excluded from return. You may only return these items if faulty or damaged. Where, in our opinion, you have not taken reasonable care of goods whilst in your possession and have not been returned with the original packaging.

Cancellation Rights

In the event that you change your mind and you want to cancel your order, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of the purchase. If you have received the goods then you should not use them and should return them in their original packaging. Any cost in returning them will fall upon you, the consumer. For all goods cancelled and returned to the address below, the original purchase price paid by you (including the cost of standard delivery) will be promptly refunded to you, as in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. Refunds will be credited to the card that made the original purchase.

Be advised you can only cancel an item if you have not used the item. Any item which has been personalised for you cannot be cancelled. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Our systems begin processing your online orders as soon as they are placed. It is not possible to change or cancel orders once they have been placed. If you wish to cancel any item(s), you will need to wait for your order to be delivered. You may then return your item(s) direct to us using our normal returns policy.

Note if you placed an order via your local distributor at the doorstep and not online via our official website, then please contact your distributor direct with full details of the order you wish to cancel.
